Subject: Follow up to the meeting for implementation of new policy on employee phone benefits

Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter in reference to the meeting that took place yesterday afternoon regarding the discussion on implementation of new policy on employee phone benefits. Being a representative of the employees, I would like to thank you for understanding and accepting the changes required in the existing phone policy and coming up with the plan of implementing new policy as per the employee requests.

I, on behalf of all the employees, thank you and the management for taking such a quick decision about implementing new policy for the benefit of the employees.

We hope you come up with the final draft of the new policy soon and it is implemented for the benefit of the employees at the earliest.
