Sub – Deposit agreement letter
Dear Mr. Harry
I am writing this letter to inform you that I am ready to abide by the security deposit terms and conditions set by you. I am enclosing a pay order of $5000 as initial security deposit as per the terms and condition of deposit agreement. The remaining $15,000 of the security deposit amount I will be paying within the next three months. I will be shifting in your premises in the month of October 2012. I will pay the rent of $ 4000 per month on a bi monthly advanced basis as per the deal signed by us. I would request you kindly return the advance deposit two months before I leave your property on permanent basis. I am planning to rent your property initially for period of five years and if my business runs well then I might think of an extension of the agreement.
I look forward for a long partnership with you. Please inform me in case you have any queries regarding any issue or terms of the agreement. I will eagerly wait for a reply from your side.
