Subject: inquiry regarding my credit statement
Respected Mr. Creed,
This letter is in regards to the credit statement received by me from your organization on 5th of May 2012. The statement is about the personal loan that I hold with your credit organization.
I have been paying my loan installments by the due date every month and that also includes for the last month. But when I checked the loan statement this month, I see that I have been charged a late fee and an interest amount on the previous installment. I need an explanation in regards to that because I believe that you have received the last installment that I have paid.
