To Whom It May Concern:

During my time at University of the Arts in London, I have been involved with many projects inside and outside of the college, getting a sense of the commitment needed to succeed in the fashion industry. Some of my goals after graduation are to complement my Fashion Design and Development major doing post-production, mixing and clothing design work with my Technical Effects for Performance major, developing new performance tools using computers and electronics. Also, as an effects technician I will be able to troubleshoot equipment and aesthetic issues. On campus, I have been involved with fellow students in film and theater sessions as a performer and designer promoting, producing and organizing the past two Latin Culture Celebrations and working at the Fashion department as an office assistant and currently as a tutor.

Although I have a very busy schedule and I am an active performer, my studies at University of the Arts are extremely important and my number one priority; I make sure I do my best on every class I take and my grades can show it. I have earned a place in the Dean’s List for three consecutive years with a cumulative GPA of 3.506.

This is only a part of all the things I have done and I believe that I am a strong candidate for the design internship. It would be a great support from the college to my career on and off campus and I look forward to keep putting at work all the knowledge I have gained at University of the Arts in the real world and hope I will be able to reattribute it in the future.
