Dear Mr. Harry
I am writing this letter to inform you that you have been selected for the undergraduate course in business studies in our college; subject to some conditions which need to be fulfilled in order to complete the admission procedure completely. As you must be aware that a minimum of 90% marks is required in TOEFEL and ILETS to be eligible for admission in our college. You have secured only 80% marks in this year’s TOEFEL exams. You have been given provisional admission under the management quota of our college. Therefore you will be required to pay two times more fees than the regular candidate of our college. Moreover you will have to obtain more than 90% marks in the next year’s TOEFEL exam to be eligible for getting permanent admission to our college.
