I, Neil Symonds, working as Networks Inventory In charge am going for a week, on an official work tour and hereby, authorize Mr. Addy Wilson to take charge of the networking inventory for 7 working days, i.e from 14-12-2011 to 21-12-2011.
He will be responsible for all the purchase and issuance of networking based equipment to any department within the organization. He can also take all the decisions regarding the purchase order to be placed and also has authorization to inspect the sites in order to check the correct usage of equipment and replace any faulty equipment.
Kindly do the needful and issue all the Ids and passes required to perform these activities during official hours.
