Sub – Appeal letter to professor.
Dear Mr. Hobart
I am writing this letter to appeal against the low grades in the project work awarded to me. I would like to bring into your notice that I have completed my one year long project work on Boson Particles. I have completed successfully the project and its marks were credited in the last semester exams. I would like to inform you that I have performed excellently in the viva voice examination but only 50% of the total marks were awarded to me. I would like to appeal against the low marks awarded to me despite presenting one of the best project works of the college. I do not understand the reason behind this and would urge to take necessary action regarding the same. I have burned my midnight oil in the last hundreds of night to complete the project.
Hope that you will work to resolve my appeal and I request you to kindly inform me about your decision as soon as possible. I would like to thank you for taking out time and reading my letter.
Yours Sincerely
Darren Rolando
