Dear Cheney,

You took the bar a few months ago. It was a culminating event for long years of law school and everyone wishes for a passing mark so as to become a lawyer. The bar results was just recently posted and you are one of those who made it with high grades.

Congratulations on your success. Though there are a lot like you who failed, it could not dampen my happiness on learning that you passed. I think it is but expected from a man who has excelled since childhood. I could not think of an appropriate word to describe the remarkable qualities that I see in you.
