Season’s Greetings from the Cauilan’s! We hope you and your family is doing fine this season of love, care, and blessings. It has been almost thirteen years of your service to our company and we are very thankful for the loyalty that you rendered to us.

I hope you have heard about the A (H1N1) flu that is vastly spreading around the country. This flu has been affecting the company’s employees for the past few months resulting to lack of manpower to the company.

One effective way to avoid this flu is through observing proper hygiene such as taking a bath daily. By doing this, flu can be avoided. Exercising regularly on the other hand is the best way to keep the body healthy thus free from any illness or disease.
