Dear people,
I, Dr Kahn, am writing this letter as an appeal to the entire hospital staff. The appeal is regarding the calamity which the city has faced in the last week. This has resulted in many patients and the entire hospital staffs have been kept on its toes. On one hand, I wish to appreciate the excellent effort put in by the entire hospital staffs. While on the other hand, I appeal to everyone to show sheer responsibility in these tough times and help as many people as possible.
These times make us vulnerable to many diseases and even epidemics. Hence, we need to vouch for all the activity going on around us and help each other in avoiding unfortunate and undesirable consequences. Cleanliness and systematic approach can help us achieve our objective, even if it looks the remotely possible thing in these circumstances. I appeal for your support in these tough times.
