Subject: Request for half day leave.
Respected Sir,
I, Brian James, kindly request you to grant me half day leave for tomorrow for getting my driving license and passport renewal.
I need to renew my driving license and passport and so I have filed an application last week. I will have to go tomorrow in the second half for the same. As for my next project, we have discussed to go California for the meeting in next month. And so I need to have all my documents properly arranged. Hence I have decided to get renewal of driving license and passport as soon as possible. I will have a meeting with Simpsons Group tomorrow morning and will provide you follow-up for the same. We shall discuss rest of the meeting points on the next day morning.
I request you to grant half day leave for tomorrow.
