Subject: Direct Claim Letter
Dear Mr. Brian
I am writing this direct claim letter as a notice for you to clear all the outstanding rent that is due on you. As per my records, you have not paid your house rent for last 4 months that makes a total amount of $2600 with all the real estate taxes included. You have to make full payment by first week of January 2012.
If in case you fail to make payment of this due amount partially or fully you will have to leave the rented accommodation before 10th January 2011 and I would have to take necessary legal actions on you.
I’ll appreciate if you will make timely payments in order to avoid hassles for both of us.
