Respected Mr. Hanks,
We would like to enter into a business contract with your advertising agency and give you the responsibility of handling the advertising and promotion for our organization.
The contract begins from 10th of March 2012 and will be valid for a period of two years that is till 10th of March 2014. You will be in charge in developing promotion campaigns for our products and create advertisements for our organization. We will pay you in advance an amount of $100000. The rest of the payment will be on project basis.
I hope that you agree to all the terms and conditions stated in the contract. We are enclosing the legal contract along with the letter.
