This letter is in regards to the application made by your organization to procure the distribution rights of the products manufactured by our organization. We have gone through your company profile and agreed to give the distribution rights to your organization. This letter is to confirm authorization of distribution rights to your organization.
You had sent us an application on 1st of August 2012. After receiving your application, our senior management did do a research on the profile of your organization and we found that you have a good business history. We were impressed by the profile of your company. Thus we have come to the decision of making you the authorized distributor of the cotton products manufactured by us. You have the right to distribute the products within the boundaries of this country and not internationally. You have to pay us a distributor’s fee of $10000 within next one week. In case or revenue generated from the sale of the products you will get ten percent of the profit. Please find other details enclosed with this letter.
