I received news from my colleagues about the General Physicians Conference 2010 organized by your group and I would like to inquire about the details and requirements to attend the said conference.  Are you accepting non-members to participate in the conference?  What are the basic requirements that I must submit and how should I apply for the conference?

I am a general physician employed as a school doctor and I am very interested in attending your activity.  I believe that your activity would be an excellent venue to gain new insight and advance knowledge in the field of medicine.  I am hoping that your organization gives a chance to new graduates to participate in your meaningful activity.
