Complaint Letter to The Head of The Society

From,

Mr Fudge,

D -12, Galaxy Housing Society,

Philadelphia

To,

Mr Hopkins,

C -5, Society Head,

Galaxy Housing Society,

Philadelphia

Dear Mr Hopkins,

This letter has come into effect to convey some serious matter for you to mull over. The thing is the gymnasium which has been opened on health grounds in D-8 room has been a pain for residents of the adjoining flats. The gymnasium has slowly metamorphosed into a hangout place. Loud music keeps troubling the residents of the neighbouring flats. I have talked in person to the owner of the gymnasium but all my efforts proved futile and my plea for etiquette has fallen to deaf ears.

Hence, it is for this reason that this complaint letter has surfaced. You, as the society head, have all the right to question the annoyance created by the gymnasium. We have right to live a peaceful life.  I hope that effective and necessary action would be taken against them. I am looking forward for you steps in this context with all hopes rested on you,

Yours sincerely,

Mr Fudge
